Overview
Anyone may browse sections of the Keyano Enterprise Service Portal (ESP) service catalog, and public knowledge base articles; however, in most cases only individuals affiliated with Keyano College system (i.e. student, staff, faculty, etc.) may submit a ticket through the ESP service. The following will provide guidance on how to login to the ESP system with your Keyano identity.
How do I use this technology?
- In a web browser, access the ESP service portal at Client Portal Home
Important
You will be redirected to the Keyano Azure AD sign in page.
- When prompted, enter your Keyano Identity (i.e. your FirstName.LastName login credentials, then click Next.
- At the Enter password prompt, enter your UA password, and then click Sign in.
- You will next be asked if you'd like to Stay signed in? If you are using a public, or potentially insecure, computer click No, otherwise click yes.

Need additional help or have issues
For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Service form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by Keyano Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
