Switch Between Service Catalogues

Overview

The Keyano Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) system supports multiple administrative departments. In order to access services, and knowledge articles associated with these other systems it is necessary to switch to the respective service portal. The instructions below will help you navigate quickly between the available service portals.

How do I use this technology?

You can quickly switch between the various available service portals by doing the following.

  1. Ensure that you are Sign In to the Keyano service portal.

 

  1. Click Services on the top Navigation Bar.

     
  2. A list of available services be displayed, click the Name of the desired Catalogue.  Note:  Not all services may be available to all employees or students.  

Need additional help or have issues

For support, requests may be submitted anytime using the appropriate Service form. Requests generate a Ticket which will be worked in order received and urgency by Keyano Employees with the knowledge and permissions to assist with the request.
