Student Software and Device Support

Description:
This service includes limited technical support for student-owned devices and software required for academic success at Keyano College. ITS provides troubleshooting assistance for commonly used systems such as:

  • Moodle access issues (login, course visibility, basic navigation)

  • Microsoft Office (activation problems, license access through your Keyano account)

  • LockDown Browser (installation, launch errors, screen recording permissions)

  • Internet connectivity problems related to using Keyano systems

  • Device compatibility issues (browser errors, outdated systems, etc.)

We can help confirm your device meets the technical requirements for Keyano platforms and provide guidance to resolve access issues.

ITS does not install software, repair, or perform maintenance on personal devices.

If your device requires software installation, physical repair, or advanced diagnostics, please contact a local repair technician such as Staples.
