What You Will Need
- Vendor company name and contact information
- Access start and end dates
- Approved Keyano contact
- Systems or servers required (if known)
Important Information
- All vendor access must have an end date
- Access is time-limited and will be removed automatically
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required
- Requests without approval or required details may be rejected
What Happens Next
- Request is submitted
- Approval is confirmed
- ITS provisions access and configures authentication
- Vendor receives access details
- Access is automatically removed at the end date
