How to install a Keyano Printer

To find and connect to a printer on your computer, follow these steps

1. Click the Start menu button in the bottom left corner of your screen.
2. Begin typing the word Printer into the search bar at the bottom of the menu.
3. As you type, the search bar will begin to display relevant options. Click on the one that says Printers & Scanners to open the printer settings.
    
4. In the printer settings, click the "+ Add a printer or scanner" button to begin searching for printers on your network.
    
5. Wait a few moments while your computer searches for available printers.
6. When the list of printers appears, look for the one that is closest to your location. Note that printers at Keyano are named for the room in which they are located.
7. Once you have found the correct printer, click on its name to select it.
8. Finally, click the Add device button to connect to the printer and begin using it.

That's it! You should now be able to print from your computer to the selected printer.
