Go to Moodle/iLearn (update with your link).
Enter your Keyano username and password (same as your computer/Office 365 login).
Click Login.
Troubleshooting:
If you forgot your password, reset it via the Password Reset Portal.
If you see “Account Suspended,” see the section below.
Once logged in, select Dashboard from the left menu.
Your enrolled courses will appear under My Courses.
If you don’t see a course:
Confirm with your instructor that it is published.
Check the MyKeys Portal to ensure you are registered.
Account Suspended:
This usually happens if tuition fees are unpaid or registration is incomplete.
Confirm your registration and make any necessary payments in the MyKeys Portal.
Still can’t log in? Submit a ticket at the Helpdesk Portal.
