- Go to https://ilearn.keyano.ca/.
- Enter your Keyano username and password (the same credentials used for Keyano services).
- Click Login.
Troubleshooting
- Forgot your password? Use the Password Reset Portal.
- If you still cannot log in after resetting your password, skip to Step 3.
Step 2: Find your courses
- In Moodle, open Dashboard.
- Look under My Courses (or Course overview).
- Select the course to open it.
Step 3: Fix “course not showing” and other access issues
A) Course not showing
- Confirm you are registered in the course in Self Service.
- Confirm the course has started and has been published by your instructor.
- If you are registered and the instructor confirms it is published, submit a ticket to ITS (below).
B) “Account suspended” or you cannot access Moodle
- If Moodle shows a suspension / access restriction message, it is often related to registration status or account eligibility. First, verify your registration status in Self Service and follow up with the appropriate office if registration needs correction.
- If your registration is correct and you still cannot access Moodle, submit a ticket to ITS.
