Distribution Group Update Request

Use this service to request updates to an existing distribution group (also known as a mailing list) within the College's email system. You can request to:

  • Add or remove group members

  • Change group ownership or permissions

  • Update display name or description

  • Adjust mail delivery settings or visibility

This service does not cover the creation of new groups—please use the “New Distribution Group Request” service for that.


Requests are typically completed within 1–3 business days.
