Link Your Student Card to the Printer

Follow these steps to connect your student ID card to your printing account:

🔄 Self-Associate Your Card

  1. Swipe your student card at the printer or release station.

  2. The screen will say:
    “Card not recognized” or “Please log in to associate your card.”

  3. Enter your Keyano username and password (same as Moodle or Office 365).

  4. After logging in, your card will be linked to your account.

  5. Next time, just swipe — no login needed!

âś… You only need to do this once per card
❗ If your card is replaced, you’ll need to repeat this process
