Link Your Student Card to the Printer

Follow these steps to connect your student ID card to your printing account:

🔄 Self-Associate Your Card

  1. Swipe your student card at the printer or release station.
  2. The screen will say:
    “Card not recognized” or “Please log in to associate your card.”
  3. Enter your Keyano username and password (same as Moodle / Office 365).
  4. After logging in, your card will be linked to your account.
  5. Next time, just swipe — no login needed!
✅ Important Notes

You only need to do this once per card.
If your card is replaced, you’ll need to repeat this process.
