Microsoft 365

1. Email (KeyanoMail)

  • Access your email using Outlook Web.
  • Login using:
    • Username: firstname.lastname###@keyanomail.ca
    • Password: the same password you use for your Keyano account login.

2. Microsoft Teams

  • Use Teams in your browser or download the app here: Microsoft Teams
  • Log in using your Keyano account.
  • Teams can be used to chat, join video calls, and attend online classes.

3. OneDrive (File Storage)

  • Access OneDrive at: Office.com
  • OneDrive allows you to store, access, and share files from any device.
  • Tip: If available, use the cloud icon in the bottom-right corner of your computer (near the clock) to sync your files.
4. Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

You can use Microsoft Office apps online or install them on your personal devices.

Steps to Access

  1. Go to Office.com.
  2. Sign in using your Keyano email (firstname.lastname@keyano.ca) and password.
  3. Select the app you want to use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Notes

  • You can install Office apps on up to 5 devices (PC, Mac, tablet, or mobile).
  • Office apps include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.
  • To access your files anywhere, store them in OneDrive.
