Microsoft 365

This article explains how to access Microsoft 365 services, including student email, Teams, OneDrive, and installing Office apps on multiple devices.

1. Email (KeyanoMail)

• Access at Outlook Web.

• Login with:

  • Username: firstname.lastname###@keyanomail.ca

  • Password: same as your Keyano login.

2. Microsoft Teams

• Download or use the web version at Microsoft Teams.

• Login with your Keyano account.

• Use Teams to chat, video call, or join classes.

3. OneDrive

• Access through OneDrive.

• Store, share, and access files from any device.

• Tip: Use the cloud icon on your desktop taskbar to sync files (if available).

4. Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  Steps to Access

• Go to Office Applications.

• Sign in with your Keyano email (firstname.lastname@keyano.ca) and password.

Notes

•  You can install Office apps on up to 5 devices (PC, Mac, tablet, or mobile).

• Apps include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and more.

• To access files anywhere, use OneDrive with your Keyano account.
