For users and business areas with specialized requirements for advanced PDF editing capabilities, Foxit PDF Editor will remain available on a limited basis. Certain areas have already been identified as requiring this software, and we will communicate this directly to them. If you believe that Adobe Reader does not meet your specific needs, please submit a support ticket outlining your business case. Our team will evaluate your requirements and, if justified, grant you access to Foxit PDF Editor.

ITS is in the process of transitioning from Foxit PDF Editor to Adobe Reader as the recommended solution for viewing, annotating, and signing PDF documents. Adobe Reader is currently rolling out to all devices. If your device has not yet received Adobe Reader, please restart your device.

Description of Outage ​​

Foxit PDF Editor is experiencing an issue that triggers a free trial or activation prompt to appear unexpectedly. The Information Technology Services (ITS) team is actively investigating this issue and working on a permanent solution.

As a temporary workaround, users have the option to view PDF documents using their web browser of choice.
