- Open your web browser and go to https://keyanomail.ca.
- Enter your Keyano email address.
- Enter your password.
Note: If your password has been reset, has expired, or this is your first time signing in, you may be prompted to change it before continuing.
After signing in, you may see a message that says “More information required”. Click Next to continue.

- Select View account.
If you do not have a profile photo, you will see your initials instead.
This will open your Microsoft account portal.
Manage Your MFA (Security Info)
On the Security info page, you will see a list of authentication methods linked to your account. From this screen, you can:
- Change your default sign-in method
- Update your phone number
- Add or remove an authentication method
Tip: If you get stuck or see errors while updating your security info, try again using a clean browser session (private/incognito window). You can also watch the Microsoft MFA overview video:

- Enter your new phone number.
- Select how you want to confirm the change (text or call).
- Click Next.
- Enter the verification code you receive.
- Click Next.
- When you see the confirmation with a green check mark, click Done.
Remove an Authentication Method
You can remove any authentication method, including Microsoft Authenticator or a phone number.
- On the Security info page, locate the authentication method you want to remove.
- Click Delete next to that method.
- Sign in again using one of your remaining authentication methods to confirm your identity.
Important: Always keep at least one authentication method on your account. Removing all methods may prevent you from signing in.
