How to Add Funds to Your Keyano PaperCut Account

Keyano College uses PaperCut Pay-for-Print. Print charges are deducted from your Student ID card (Campus Bucks). If you see an insufficient funds message, you will need to add funds before you can print.

Before you start:
  • You must know your Keyano username + password
  • You will need a payment method to complete checkout
  • Funds are applied to your PaperCut printing balance after checkout is complete

Step 1: Open the PaperCut Portal

Go to the PaperCut user portal: https://printing.keyano.ca/user

Step 2: Log In

  • Sign in using your Keyano credentials
  • If you cannot log in, resolve your password/MFA issue first before continuing

Step 3: Choose Add Credit

  • Select Add Credit (left-hand menu)
  • Choose the amount you want to add

Step 4: Complete Payment

  • Click Add Value
  • Complete the payment process
  • After checkout, your balance will update in PaperCut

Still Seeing “Insufficient Funds”?

  • Wait 2–5 minutes and refresh the portal
  • Log out and back into PaperCut
  • Confirm your payment/checkout completed successfully
