How to Access Keyano College Systems via ScreenConnect

This guide provides steps for authorized vendors to securely connect to Keyano College servers using ScreenConnect.

How-to

1. Retrieve Credentials
   1. Open the Bitwarden Send link you were provided.
   2. Copy your username and password.
2. Log in to ScreenConnect
   1. Browse to: https://keyano.screenconnect.com
   2. Click Login in the top-right corner.
   3. Enter your username and password under "Continue with:"
   4. Click Login.
   5. When prompted, enter the One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to your email.
      1. Note: Be careful copying directly from the email may include a trailing space. Remove it if present.
3. Connect to a Server
   1. After signing in, you’ll see a list of servers you’re authorized to access.
   2. Double-click the server you want to connect to.
   3. In the session window toolbar, hover over the lightning bolt icon, then click the Send CTRL+ALT+DEL button.
      
   4. Enter the credentials you retrieved earlier.
      1. Need to paste? Use Send Clipboard Keystrokes from the lightning bolt menu.
4. Complete DUO Authentication
   1. Once credentials are accepted you’ll be prompted for multi-factor authentication via DUO.
   2. Choose your device at the top of the DUO window (if applicable).
   3. If you installed the DUO Mobile app:
      1. Click Send Push.
   4. If not:
      1. Click Text me new codes.
      2. Enter the SMS code into the third box and click Log In.
5. Sign Out When Finished
   1. Log out from the server and close the session once your work is done.
