To get the most out of your courses and digital resources at Keyano College, we recommend students use a personal computer that meets or exceeds the following minimum requirements. These ensure you can access Moodle, Office 365, and other online learning tools smoothly.

Chromebooks & Tablets are not recommended as a primary device since many applications require Windows or macOS.

Antivirus: Ensure your computer has an up-to-date antivirus program. Windows 10/11 comes with built-in Windows Security, which is sufficient if kept updated.

Backups: We recommend storing files in OneDrive (included with your Keyano Office 365 account) to avoid data loss.

Power: If using a laptop, ensure you have a reliable power adapter and consider a surge protector if working at home.
