Log in to Self Service.
Make sure you are officially registered in the course.
If you don’t see the course in Self Service, contact the Registrar’s Office.
Has the course started yet?
Instructors decide when to publish courses.
If the instructor hasn’t published it, you won’t see it on Moodle until they do.
Contact your instructor first to confirm the course has been published.
If the instructor confirms it is published and you are registered → move to Step 4.
If you get login errors in Moodle.
If you are registered and the course is published, but it still does not appear.
In this case, submit a ticket through the Helpdesk Portal.
