(Resolved) Update - 6:15PM

Our ISP has confirmed that internet services have been restored. ITS will continue monitoring the situation. If you are still experiencing issues, please submit a ticket here.

Update - 5PM

Our ISP is still unable to provide a time frame for internet service restoration, further updates will be provided at 8PM.

Update - 2PM

Our ISP is still unable to provide an ETA for when service will be restored. At this time, we do not anticipate that internet services will be restored before the end of today.

Given this situation, we recommend you check with your supervisors about possible remote work.

Work-From-Home Guidance:

  • Microsoft services (email, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365 Online) are accessible remotely.
  • VDI (Virtual Desktop) is currently down due to the internet outage.
    • This means internal services like PowerCampus, Great Plains, Q: drive, and ReqLogic are unavailable remotely. If you need to access these internal services, they are available on campus.

We ask for your patience and cooperation as we navigate this outage and will keep you updated with any changes. For any immediate concerns, please reach out to your department heads.

We will provide additional updates on the internet status at 5PM, 8PM, and should services still not be restored send out further communication tomorrow morning.

Update -  1PM

Our ISP is still working to restore service, but due to the nature of the issue, it may take several hours. They are still unable to provide us an ETA. We'll continue to provide updates as the situation develops. Thank you for your patience.

Update - 11AM

We've received an update from our ISP. The current outage is caused by a hardware failure within their network. Technicians have been dispatched to investigate and repair the issue, however we do not have an ETA at this time. Further updates will be posted as they become available.

  • Internet, and related services (including wireless, Teams Phone, and other external services).

Description of Outage ​​

ITS is aware of an internet outage affecting all Keyano College locations due to an incident with our internet service provider (ISP). We are in close contact with them and working to restore services as quickly as possible.

ITS apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciates your patience as we work diligently to resolve the matter.
