Modifying Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Information

  1. Log into Keyano Webmail
  2. Click on your account icon in the top right corner of your browser window.
    • Note: In the image below the box "TT" is circled, this is where your profile picture would be. If you do not have a profile picture you'll see your initials there instead. 
  3. Click on View Account. This will open your Keyano account portal.

  1. On the security info page, there is a list of Authentication methods under your profile.  Within this screen, you can change your default sign-in method, update your phone number or add/delete a sign-on method.

  1. To change the Phone Number, click on Change on the corresponding line:
    1. Enter the new phone number in the dialogue box that appears.
    2. Choose your preferred choice of contact to confirm the update.
    3. Click Next
    4. Enter the code that has been sent
    5. Click Next
    6. Click Done once the message box with the green check mark appears
  2. To remove any of the sign-in methods, including Microsoft Authenticator or phone.  Click delete on any of the displayed sign-in methods.  You will need to sign in again with one of the other authentication methods to verify your identity.  Once completed, the chosen authentication method will be removed.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Find the "Request Service" button: It's located in the top left corner of the screen you're on right now.
  2. Fill out the form: Fill out the required information and describe the issue you're having with your computer.
  3. Submit the form: After you've filled out the form, click the submit button and your request will be sent to the ITS department.

It's that easy! The ITS department will receive your request and will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If you have any additional questions or concerns, you can reach out to the ITS department for further assistance.
