Email, Calendars, and Groups

This service allows employees to:

  • Request access to email or additional calendars in MS Outlook.
  • Report an Issue with email or calendars within MS Outlook. 
  • Request updates to distribution groups, lists and shared calendars or mailboxes.

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty and Staff

When is this service available?

This service is available during regular business hours.

Before you request this service, you will need to...

  • Know the email address or calendars where access is required.
  • Gather information about the issue or problem you are experiencing, including any error message you receive and troubleshooting steps you have attempted.
  • Know the impact and how many people are affected?
  • Provide screen shots of the error message, if possible.
  • Inform us if there is a known work around?
