  1. Navigate to the following URL: http://portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.aspx.
  2. Log in using your account credentials (Username@keyano.ca).
    1. If Office does not appear in your list of available software submit a ticket to the IT Helpdesk
  3. Choose your preferred language. You can stick with the default option to install the 32-bit version or select "Advanced" to opt for the 64-bit version from the dropdown menu.

  4. Proceed by clicking the "Install" button.
  5. The installation process will start automatically.
  6. The installation of Office 2016 is complete when you see the message, "You're all set! Office is installed now."
  7. Begin using an Office application immediately by opening any program, such as Word or Excel.
  8. Office typically activates the first time you launch an application and accept the License terms by clicking "Accept."
