Installing Read&Write v11
The Read&Write installation files and instructions are attached to this article.
- Download the Setup.zip file attached to this article
- Double-click the ZIP file
- Select Extract All
- Choose a location to extract the files (Desktop is recommended)
- Open the extracted Setup folder
- Run Setup.exe
- Follow the installation prompts
Note: An internet connection is required during installation.
Once installation is complete, a Read&Write 11 shortcut will appear on your desktop.
Activation
When opening Read&Write for the first time, an activation window may appear.
- Select Skip Activation - this will allow 25 usages of Read&Write
Common Troubleshooting
Toolbar Does Not Appear
- Restart Read&Write
- Restart the computer
- Confirm you are signed into your Keyano account
Text-to-Speech Is Not Working
- Check speaker or headphone volume
- Ensure audio devices are connected
- Restart the application
Browser Extension Missing
- Verify the Read&Write extension is installed and enabled in your browser
