Classroom Quick Reference - Last Update: August 2024

Computer Access

When logging into any Keyano Instructor Station or Computer, use your Keyano username and password.

Adjusting Volume

Click on the volume icon in the lower-right corner of your screen by the clock. Adjust the volume slider.
Select the current audio output device from the list.
Set the volume to an appropriate level and test the audio.

Changing Audio Device

Click on the volume button in the lower-right corner of the screen by the clock. Click on the current audio device.
Select the desired audio output device from the list.
Set the volume to an appropriate level and test the audio.

Adjusting Display

Ensure the projector is turned on and the projector's display cable is connected to your laptop.
To change your laptop's display preferences, hold down the Windows key ⊞ and press P, then select Duplicate or Extend.
If you need further assistance, call 780-791-4965 for AV assistance.
