Overview
With the launch of Enhanced Collaboration in Fall 2024, several updates have been made to the Change Request process. This article explains what to expect when accessing DRAFT, how to create a new Change Request, and where to find key editing tools.
Checking for Pending Approvals
- If you click on DRAFT and see the Change Request Screen but do not see anything to be approved, it means that all former changes have already been approved.
- If you need to edit flows, click on New Change Request to begin.
Creating a New Change Request
- When starting a New Change Request, you will be asked to name the change before making edits (previously, this was done at the end).
- Once inside the Change Request, you will see three tabs:
- Overview – Provides a running audit log of changes.
- Flows – Takes you to the flows within the Entry Point.
- Changes – Starts at 0 when you first enter the request.
Editing Flows in Enhanced Collaboration
- To edit a flow, navigate to the desired flow.
- The Edit Flow button is no longer in the top-right corner.
- Most of the editing canvas remains the same, except the Close button has moved to the right-hand side.
Troubleshooting
- If the Edit Flow button is not working, submit a support request, and the technical support team will investigate.
