Activating Adobe and Training links

Introduction

This article explains how to access Adobe after it has been installed on your device, including step-by-step login instructions and activation for full functionality.

How-to Open Adobe

  1. Check Your Inbox:
    • Look for an email from Adobe.com with the subject line:
      Get started with Pro Edition featuring Firefly & Adobe Stock.
  2. Verify License:
    • This email confirms that a license has been assigned to you and that you are ready to log in and start using Adobe.
  3. Click the Start Button:
    • Open your computer's Start Menu and search for Adobe (New).
  4. Launch Adobe:
    • Open Adobe and click Sign In in the top-right corner.

  1. Enter Your Email

    • Enter your Keyano email address in the Email Address field.

  1. Complete MFA Verification:
    • Follow the prompts to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process.
  2. Access Adobe Acrobat:
    • Once signed in, you will be directed to the main Adobe screen, where you can begin using Adobe Acrobat. 
  3. Adobe Acrobat is now ready to use, including features such as:
    • Saving and editing documents
    • Merging files
    • Creating PDFs
